Paul Lalama, Broker and team leader of No Drama, recognized the need to expand the business and formed the No Drama Real Estate Team to include two valuable and integral team members & partners, sales representatives Frank Spano, and Paul Marcov.  Together they are the No Drama Real Estate Team, a team that encompasses all the qualities and attributes required to meet your real estate needs and desires.

In 2010, the No Drama Real Estate Team was honoured with the Top Ten Team Award by Re/Max Garden City Realty Inc., in recognition of their outstanding sales and achievement, company wide.

PAUL LALAMA

  

In 2006, Paul embarked on his real estate career, striving for excellence and customer satisfaction, and has become a highly successful real estate agent who provides experience, high quality service and commitment to his clientele. 

Paul has been presented with numerous awards, including the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame Achievement, Platinum Club, and is a multiple recipient of the 100% Club.  His many achievements include receiving the 40 Under 40 Business Award, being a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Niagara Association of Realtors and working with Habitat for Humanity.

Not only is Paul a dedicated real estate agent, fantastic father and family man, but he is a well recognized Niagara musician and song writer with notable bands such as Jonesy, Up Yer Kilt, and Brasco Brothers.  His musical talent started at the young age of 3 and has won him many competitions including the radio station Mix 99.9 song writing competition and 97.7 Rock search. Paul was delighted to be a song writer for Canadian Idol winner Ryan Malcolm’s Platinum album entitled “Home”.

Paul is a very passionate and strong driven individual with a personal demeanour.  He strives to excel in everything he sets out to accomplish and would be delighted to provide you with knowledgeable competent and integral customer service you deserve when selling or buying a home.

FRANK SPANO

Frank resides in the Niagara Region with his wife Suzanne and two children, Patrick and Luca.

Frank started his Real Estate career after years of being on the other side of the transaction as a successful Real Estate buyer.  Frank's Real Estate portfolio includes residential, commercial and multi-family holdings and continues to grow. 

Aside from his enthusiasm for Real Estate, Frank also enjoys travelling abroad and spending quality time with his family and friends.

The majority of Frank's business is derived from satisfied clients and industry associates alike.  They are impressed by Frank's level of involvement and integrity with each transaction.  Be it a million dollar property or an entry level condominium.

Frank is a multiple recipient of the Re/Max 100% Club and is a goal oriented individual that gives attention to even the smallest details.  As a life long resident of the Niagara Region, Frank is familiar with the unique market dynamics of his local area and would be happy to assist you in all your Real Estate buying and selling needs. 

PAUL MARCOV

Paul was born and resides in the Niagara Region with his wife Kim and their two children Ben and Charlotte.  Paul is a graduate of the Ontario Real Estate College and also a graduate of Niagara College.  

He is armed with years of sales and marketing experience with major companies such as Ford Motor Company and Dana Corporation.  Within Ford Motor Company, Paul was a part of the successful launch of the Ford Lightning Sport Truck and the Ford Harley Davidson Sport Truck.  He held managerial positions within both companies.  

Paul is an Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Draftee, along with being a four year Graduate of the Welland Jr. B Hockey League.  He is very active in the community, volunteering his spare time within the Minor Hockey Association.  

Paul is a very motivated, full service, sales representative committed to fulfilling his clients' buying and selling needs.
