Paul is a life long resident of Niagara, born and raised in Welland, and now is residing in St. Catharines with his wife Carm and children Matteo and Christian. Paul attended Welland Centennial Secondary School as well as being a graduate of Humber Collage majoring in music. Coming from a musical family playing in a band with his father and three brothers at the age of five, Paul has won many song writing competitions from radio stations such as Mix 99.9 and 97.7 Hits FM. With Paul`s years of experience in Real Estate , and vast knowledge of Property Management, he himself is the owner of several rental properties.

Local real estate broker donates to local Habitat for Humanity effort

(St. Catharines, Ontario) - June 10, 2008 - A local real estate broker that sells homes is doing his part to provide affordable living space in the  Niagara region. Paul Lalama, a real estate broker with RE/MAX St. Catharines is pleased to announce that he will donate three per cent of all  sales from homes he sells from June 10th to September 10th to the Niagara chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
"We are particularly pleased Paul Lalama is donating a percentage of his sales," said Alastair Davis, CEO, Habitat for Humanity Niagara. "Thanks to donations like Paul's, together we can encourage Niagara residents to become involved in a very worthy community based organization."

One of my goals is to reach out to the community and Habitat is such a great cause," said Paul Lalama, real estate broker with RE/MAX St. Catharines. "My hope it to sell several homes throughout the Niagara region throughout the four month period."
Habitat for Humanity Niagara is one of 70 Habitat non-profit affiliates across Canada. The organization works in partnership with businesses, churches and members of the community from all walks of life, to build simple, decent, affordable housing for families.

About Habitat for Humanity

Established locally in 1993, Habitat has constructed 27 houses in Niagara. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, faith-based organization dedicated to the elimination of substandard housing worldwide. The houses are sold at cost, with no-interest loans to partner families who contribute 500 hours of volunteer labour called "sweat equity."

Frank is a life long resident of Niagara.

Armed with a strong background in marketing, communications and sales, Frank’s experience is second to none. For the past 13 years, he has been an independent business owner. Currently, he owns Electric Beach Tanning Company based in Welland. His entrepreneurial spirit, has seen him involved in property management since 1995 with numerous residential and commercial rental holdings.

Frank has been actively involved in several not-for-profit organizations from across the Region. Frank graduated from Notre Dame in Welland and holds a Diploma in Law & Security from Niagara College. He resides in Welland with his wife and two children.

Sales Representative

A life long resident of Niagara, Paul was born and currently resides in Welland, with his wife Kim and children Ben and Charlotte.

Paul is a graduate of The Ontario Real Estate College and also a graduate of Niagara College.
He holds a three year Business Operations Diploma and has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry with companies such as Ford Motor Company and DANA Corporation. Within that industry, Paul held positions in sales and marketing, quality and various supervisor roles.
